Where can I buy your products?

Italjet e-bikes can be purchased from the official dealers or directly from our online store.

What should I do if I need assistance?

For assistance you can contact any authorized dealer or you can contact us directly through the “contact” section of our website.

How long does it take to charge the batteries?

For a full charge, starting from a minimum level, it takes about 4/5 hours.

What is the autonomy of the Italjet ebike?

With 70Kg user, flat route, no wind, 25° temperature, properly inflated tyres, with the battery at the beginning of the life cycle and assistance level 4, it is about 50Km.

What warranty does the Italjet ebike have?

The Italjet e-bikes are guaranteed for 24 months, excluding the battery with a 12-month warranty*

Where can I go with the Italjet ebike?

Italjet e-bikes comply with the European EN15194 standard and, therefore, can be ridden where regular pushbikes are allowed. (inquire about any specific regulations in your country).

What is the maximum speed of the Italjet ebike?

According to the EN15194 standard, the motor can travel at a maximum speed of 25Km/h.

Where are electric bicycles manufactured?

In our factory in the province of Bologna.

Is it possible to charge my mobile phone from the bicycle?

Yes, the display has a USB socket.

Can the battery be removed and charged in a household socket?

Yes, the battery can be removed and locked with an ignition key.

How does the gearbox work?

The NU VINCI gearbox is automatic and based on the same sealed system and, therefore, the body of the hub does not require maintenance. Between one gear and another there is a rather noticeable difference: by changing the gear you can easily notice the difference. The continuously variable gearbox does not have predefined gears: the pealing gear is modified very gradually, making the pealing progressively more or less hard without the cyclist noticing the “jumps” between one gear and another.

How does the taillight work?

Italjet is the first company in the world to introduce an adapted motorbike taillight with a brake light on the electric bicycles that is activated with the brakes.

Are the bulbs LED?

Yes, all Italjet vehicles from 2015 have LED bulbs.

Are the brakes hydraulic?

Yes, all brakes on the Italjet e-bikes are hydraulic.

Is it possible to add an auxiliary battery?

Yes, the Ascot Classic and Ascot Sport models have an electrical system and connections for an extra battery.

What is the difference between Ascot Classic and Ascot Sport?

The Ascot Classic is equipped with a leather battery bag, while the Ascot Sport has an aluminium battery container (tank).
